Martin Letowsky, Medical Malpractice Attorney – Of Counsel

Martin Letowsky is one of the pre-eminent medical malpractice attorneys in the New York metropolitan area. For over 30 years, he has handled some of the most important and largest medical malpractice cases in the area. Martin and Carol L. Mr. Letowsky has particular strength in understanding the complex medical issues and his questioning of the defendant doctors has provided the findings that have led to significant medical malpractice victories.

In one case, Martin flew to Taiwan to question a doctor and got the doctor to admit that a critical lab test result was missing from the medical record compelling the conclusion that it had been removed from the medical record.

His work on that case led the defendant to settle the case for $3 million. In another case, his dogged determination to pursue the truth proved that the medical record had been altered and led to a $23 million structured settlement for a brain injured infant.
