Background on the Schlitt Law Firm

Carol L. Schlitt, one of New York’s leading personal injury attorneys, had operated a solo practice for fifteen years. She wanted to improve the service she delivered to clients. Carol says, “Doing great legal work lies at the heart of our business and I have had success in the courtroom and negotiating settlements, but that is not enough.” She wanted to grow her practice by focusing on customer service.

Carol asked her husband, Mark X. Cronin, an award winning business leader and innovator, to help her develop the Schlitt Law Firm. Carol explains, “We deliver great customer service for our clients, treating them with respect and dignity and delivering outstanding results.”
